All Renewals is an iOS app built and operated by Sebastian Urban. The app helps you track renewal and end dates for things like contracts, subscriptions, and policies — so you always know what's coming up and when.
This policy explains what information All Renewals collects, how it's used, and what choices you have.
All Renewals stores everything on your device. Your data never leaves your phone, is never sent to a server, and is never shared with anyone. We don't collect analytics, show ads, or track you.
That's it, really. The rest of this policy goes into more detail about the specific things the app does (like sending you notifications or accessing your files), but the above is the most important thing to know.
All Renewals only ever knows what you tell it. The app does not collect any information automatically or in the background.
When you add a renewal, you can enter things like:
All of this is saved to your device only, using your iPhone's local storage. None of it is sent anywhere.
You can optionally attach files (PDFs, photos, or documents) to a renewal. These are copied to your device's local storage and never uploaded or transmitted.
Your information stays on your device and is only used to make the app work for you.
We don't share your data with anyone. There are no third-party analytics tools, ad networks, or data processors involved in running this app.
The only exception is Apple's standard iOS infrastructure (like iCloud backup, if you have it enabled in your phone's settings). Whether your device backups are enabled is your choice, configured in your iPhone settings — it's not controlled by All Renewals.
All your data is stored locally on your device using SQLite — a standard on-device database. It is not stored on any server, and we have no way to access it.
If you delete All Renewals from your iPhone, all data stored by the app is also deleted. This cannot be undone.
If you have iCloud backup enabled on your device, your app data may be included in that backup. This is controlled by Apple and your own iPhone settings, not by All Renewals.
Because All Renewals has no server or login system, we cannot restore your data if your phone is lost or reset without a backup.
All Renewals may ask for the following permissions. You can say no to any of them — the core app still works.
Used to send you renewal reminders at the time you choose. If you deny this permission, you won't receive reminders, but you can still use all other features. You can change this any time in your iPhone's Settings.
Used only if you want to attach a photo from your library to a renewal. The app only accesses the specific photo you select — it doesn't browse or read your whole library.
Used only if you want to attach a file (like a PDF) to a renewal. The app only accesses the specific file you pick.
Because all your data is stored locally on your device, you are always in control of it.
If you're in the UK or EU, you may have additional rights under data protection law (including GDPR and UK GDPR). Because we don't hold any of your data ourselves, most of these rights are already satisfied by nature of the app's design. If you have any questions about this, please get in touch.
All Renewals is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Because the app doesn't collect any data from anyone, there is no special risk here — but if you have questions, feel free to reach out.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of the page. If the app ever changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, we'll make that clear through an app update and update this page accordingly.
